How long does it take to get results?

We can normally complete the test within 2 business days from the day that we receive the samples in our laboratory (depending on the test you’re purchasing). Feel free to call us to get preliminary results; the final documentation will then be mailed or emailed, depending on your preference. All DNA testing services have an estimated completion time listed online and can scientifically never be precise. Results are often finished earlier than expected but can exceed estimated expectations.

Do you have a payment plan?

Yes, we do. If you want, you can pay 50 % of the cost upfront and then pay the remaining when you’d like to get your results. You can also pay in whatever increments you’d like. We’ll start testing right away, but the results can only be released when your balance has been paid in full. For more information on the plan, call our staff at +44 20 3970 4894.

What other testing do you do?

Take a look at some of our testing services here. We perform a wide variety of tests, including those of a forensic nature. This is when someone sends us an object to get the DNA from it. These could include cigarette butts, hair, dried blood, dried urine, underwear stains, razor shavings, brushes, chewing gum, licked stamps and even wind instruments. Our state-of-the-art technology can glean results from all sorts of objects.
We also perform relationship tests to determine if, for example, two people are siblings or not. And for those who are concerned about possible infidelity, we can run a test to determine if the DNA sample came from just one person or more than one individual. Call us for more information on what we can provide.

A number of different factors are taken into consideration when discovering findings and completing your results report. Your pictures are studied and your hereditary characteristics are studied. It’s important to answer as many questions as possible in your questionnaire to give a more accurate percentage. Each of the 16 points studied also contribute to the percentages. Yielding you a range of a 0% match up to as high as 100% match.

Reports are released the same day of your submission (as long as you submit prior to 4 PM Central Time) between the hours of 9am and 9pm. You’ll receive an email PDF explaining your report. Check your email throughout the day. There is no exact time you should expect your report.

Yes. You’ll want to answer as many questions as possible, however if some answers are unknown you can still request a Facial Recognition Report™ with the answers you have. The more information submitted the more consistent your percentage will be.

Both the alleged father and child’s photo MUST be uploaded. In our Ancestry DNA Face Matching™ test both pictures of the suspected relatives must be submitted. This is a key factor in the entire FACE IT™ process. The questionnaire alone is not enough to complete a full report.

EDFPC ™ is the latest technological system that offers a preliminary report on whether or not two people could share relationship. EDFPC ™ is a manual study of facial traits and a comparison of the hereditary characteristics of two individuals.
