Immigration DNA Testing

When families immigrate to this country, they are required to produce documentation that proves they’re related, such as a birth certificate or school records.  But there are times when these aren’t enough for authorities because they may not be conclusive. In these cases, immigration DNA testing may be required. The person petitioning for immigration would then be tested, along with all beneficiaries who are coming into the country. Normally, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is the department that would request immigration DNA testing. Sometimes the US Passport office will require this process of immigration be completed. This would occur if the documents the petitioner supplied in the interview weren’t sufficient. Other times, the family will voluntarily arrange for the testing to be performed out of an assumption that their paperwork won’t be enough. To find out more about immigration DNA testing, contact Face IT DNA LLC today at  833-322-3362. Our Process

When a family is told by the USCIS to get immigration DNA testing done, it’s regarded as a key piece of evidence when it comes to their approval to be allowed to live in the country.
That’s why it’s important to have the testing done by a reputable laboratory. Our lab, DNA Diagnostic Center, is accredited by the AABB (formerly the American Association of Blood Banks) and holds international certifications from ACLASS Accreditation Services.

This form(I-130 form) is a Petition for Alien Relative and the very first step to bringing your family or relatives to the United States of America. Upon filling out this form, your request will be assessed by the USCIS or the agency you are filing through. Once reviewed, you may receive paperwork to have DNA testing completed to prove your relationship with the individual.

To get started on your procedure, we’ll need your file or case number, the names of the people who are to be tested and their relationships to one another. Our laboratory follows the AABB regulations for immigration DNA testing and will schedule a date to collect your DNA sample in the United States. For your beneficiary or relative, a DNA collection kit will be received at the embassy within the country of origin. Once both samples are received, our lab will begin immigration DNA testing proceedings. Once the testing is complete, our lab will ship the results directly to the requested immigration office in the home country and to the USCIS. We also send a copy to you, the petitioner, for your case and records.
